Having used old ski poles for walking prior to my new urban poles (recommended by a physiotherapist) I have noticed the difference. Very positive; better balance; very sturdy; and ‘quiet’ tips…. Really like the hand grips.
Glad I made a change.
No explanation about how to attach feet, , but love the design and lightness of the poles
I signed up for a Nordic Walking class and these are the poles we use. Easy to set up/adjust. Sturdy! My class has since ended but I wanted to continue my Nordic Walking journey so I bought the same Poles. We bought a secondary pair (different design) so we could use them for walking as a family on different terrains. The footies are easy to put on and off too.
